Air Charity Network 1-877-621-7177 Free air travel for medical treatments. Require two-week advance notice. Adult caregiver also flies free with child in need of treatment.

Corporate Angel Network 1-914-328-1313 This organization arranges free travel for cancer patients of all ages for treatment, consultations and check ups by securing empty seats on corporate aircraft. Eligibility is based on financial need and patients may travel as frequently as needed.
