Aid Application

Vickie's Angel Foundation provides a temporary financial bridge to those who are struggling to keep up with their bills while undergoing cancer treatment. Our focus is on supporting those that could otherwise make ends meet if not for their diagnosis and treatment. A fully completed application is required to enter our evaluation, interview, and approval process. We serve 9 central Pennsylvania counties. To be eligible for support, applicants should reside in one of the following counties serving more than 2 million people - Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill and York.

Please consult and utilize all other avenues of assistance before submitting an application to us. Vickie's Angel Foundation is a means of last resort. You can find primary sources of assistance on our community resources page.

If you are unable to pay your bills due to your cancer, please download and complete our aid application. PLEASE NOTE: This application is fillable so you can type in the information and print for submission.

Make sure your application is complete paying special attention to Section 3, medical information and Section 6, household income. Be very accurate and complete with all sources of income as well as all your expenses.

After review of your application we will call to interview you and then make a decision as to if and how we are going to help. Our goal is to take away some of your financial worries so you can focus on your health.
