Fairview Township Police Go Unshaven for a Cause: Supporting Cancer Patients Through No Shave November

Our participation in No Shave November 2024 is a fun yet meaningful way to raise awareness and gather much-needed funds for men, women, and children battling cancer across our community. By letting our facial hair grow wild for the entire month of November, we're embracing the natural, unshaven look to support local families and bring awareness to the financial challenges cancer often brings.

In support of this effort, the money we would normally spend on shaving and grooming supplies will be donated directly to Vickie’s Angel Foundation, a local nonprofit whose mission is to provide temporary financial relief to cancer patients who are unable to work during treatment. This unique organization helps individuals focus on healing by covering essential living expenses—such as rent, utilities, and groceries—so patients and their families can navigate their cancer journey without the added stress of financial hardship.

Together, with your donations and our commitment to “grow” awareness, we aim to make a real difference in the lives of those facing the toughest fight of their lives. Join us in supporting Vickie’s Angel Foundation as we make every beard count!
